About Me
I'm Jonas — your tour guide and driver. Herding cats is easy; managing ten adults after their third tasting? That’s called talent.
I started running wine tours after finding a little inspiration while working at Benza Vineyards. After visiting dozens of tasting rooms, crafting great routes, saving for a luxury van, and putting the pieces together, I launched Hidden Vineyards Wine Tours.
I love showing people the boutique hidden gems alongside Oregon’s iconic legacy wineries. I live around the forests and vineyards, right in the natural beauty of the Willamette Valley. The biggest secret I’ve learned about what makes a great wine tour? Introducing guests to the incredible folks behind Oregon winemaking, from the tasting room servers to the vineyard owner.
We’re not Napa or Burgundy — and that’s a good thing. Our wine scene is laid-back and approachable, but the wine speaks for itself.

As Jonas was starting his wine tour business he met his wife Paola in Guatemala, and fell in love with her and with her country. This is how we get to give back.
We give a percentage for every tour booked to the following non-profit organizations:
