Where do you pickup?+
At your custom address in the following areas: Portland, Metro Area, Newberg, McMinnville, Dundee, Carlton, and Salem.
How long is the tour?+
Plan for an 8 hour day. Tours begin between 10:00–11:00 AM — Willamette Valley wineries typically open around 11:00 AM and begin closing between 4:00–5:00 PM, so an early start is essential to make the most of your day. Your exact pickup time is coordinated after booking based on where you're staying — guests coming from Portland will have a different pickup than those already in wine country.
How do you decide our itinerary?+
Once we receive an inquiry from our guests, we connect with all our partners and experience providers and look at your particular logistics to provide a fun, elevated and personalized itinerary for you and your special someone.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Because we pre-purchase food & wine reservations on your behalf, a $150 per person deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the tour amount is fully refundable up until 48 hours before the tour — please email bookings@hvwtours.com to cancel and request a refund.
Can we drink on the vehicle?+
Guests are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on board the tour vehicle.
