Granville Wine Co

Private Immersive Tasting

Your day opens at one of our favorite boutique wineries, Granville Wine Co. We arrange a private tasting and tour with the winemaker — taste from barrels, walk the vineyards and winemaking facility, and learn how Dundee Hills comes together in a bottle. Then settle into their tasting salon for a flight of reserve vintage pours with a gorgeous, tucked-away view of the valley.

Stop 2

Rodeo Hills

Winemaker Long Lunch

We take a midday lunch with the winemaking team at Rodeo Hills. Jared Etzel, whose work spans projects such as Beaux Frères, Furioso and Domaine Roy & Fils, has put his focus on this solo project. The Long Lunch pairs three to four courses in their tasting salon, alongside a flight of their Dundee Hills wines. A private, elevated food & wine experience.

Stop 3

Nicolas-Jay

Estate Tasting

Nicolas-Jay closes the day with an Estate Tasting that reflects the French heritage and winemaking legacy of the Old World. Elegant and expressive wines, some of our favorites in the whole valley, come from this producer. We start with a walkthrough of the unique story behind this winery, and then taste their vintages alongside local artisan cheeses.
