How much are tasting fees?+
Tasting fees typically vary between $30–$65 depending on the winery. They can usually be waived with bottle purchases and membership club signups. We encourage guests to buy wine and tip their hosts.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Your deposit is fully refundable with an emailed cancellation request to booking@hvwtours.com more than 48 hours before your tour date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour forfeit the $250 deposit.
Can we drink on the vehicle?+
While there will be a lot of wine throughout the day, guests are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on board the tour vehicle.
What should I wear?+
Some guests prefer casual dress and others opt to dress semi-formal for their wine country outing. We recommend comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing with close-toed shoes for walking through vineyards.
Where do tours depart from?+
We offer door-to-door pickup and drop-off from Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Salem, Newberg, McMinnville, Carlton, and surrounding areas.
How do I book a wine tour?+
Use the instant booking calendar above to select your date and group size. A $250 deposit secures your booking. The balance is due at the end of your tour.

The tour includes three hand-selected Willamette Valley wineries. We plan the itinerary around your preferences and can accommodate specific winery requests.
