Reserve Tasting

Coming on the scene in the last decade, Abbott Claim has made leaps and bounds in the Oregon wine world. Sold out vintages and a devoted club allocation base — we rave about their wines. This tasting experience is a showcase in hospitality. You descend into their barrel hall, enjoy a walkthrough of their wines accompanied by small bites of caviar or Spanish jamón. Intimate, candle-lit — we start the tour off strong.

Stop 2 · Soter Vineyards

Provisions Lunch Experience

With seasonal farm-to-table dining from their Mineral Springs Ranch, guests enjoy a generous 6 to 7 course, wine-paired lunch alongside Soter’s flagship wines. Intimate and elevated, with a gorgeous view of the valley — this is one of our favorite wine country luncheons. Soter’s biodynamic farming and winemaking legacy culminate in expressive and complex wines that reflect the earthy and rich character of Yamhill-Carlton.

Stop 3 · Résonance

Estate Tasting

Résonance closes the day with an Estate Tasting at their Grand Carlton Tasting Room. Perched on a hilltop oak grove, our guests enjoy flights of their Burgundian influenced wines, looking out into the Carlton countryside. We regularly see guests leaving with cases of Résonance wines for a reason. This is our charming, elevated and relaxed closer for our journey.
