What counts as a large group?+
We consider 12 or more guests a large group, and we accommodate up to 50. Every experience is built from scratch — private transportation, exclusive winery appointments, curated food & wine, and any elevated touches your group desires.
Where do you pickup?+
At your custom address in the following areas: Portland, Metro Area, Newberg, McMinnville, Dundee, Carlton, and Salem.
How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance for large groups to allow time to arrange logistics, winery appointments, and transportation.
Can we drink on the vehicle?+
Guests are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on board the tour vehicle.
